Lovely

Who played with whom and where?

Wine tasting with Percy of Percy Tours - a registered tour operator - at Newton Johnson Vineyards. Do take note that Percy did not touch a drop of the fruit of the vine, only held a glass
to add ambience to the pic. We had great fun in scoring the wines of each estate and
Nosy Rosy highly recommends a tour with Percy through the scenic Hemel-en-Aarde Valley.

In celebration of women's day today, the woman from Hermanus, Gansbaai and Stanford
marched through the streets of Zwelihle highlighting the plight of abused woman and children
with the organisor of the event, mayoress Marianné Beyleveldt from the Zwelihle Sport grounds
to the Mt Pleasant to listen to the Women's day programme.

Spotted at the opening of the Food and Wine Fair, looking very sauve and french, whale festival chairperson Leon Theron, photo-journalist from the Hermanus Times Lianda Beyers-Cronje and DMO treasurer, Freddi Beyers-Cronje.

The New Harbour resembled a war zone today. Celebrities from 7de Laan were spotted, but Nosy Rosy
opted for local celebrity twins, Maxcelle and Mirelle Lerm for a photo opportunity. Read more in the Hermanus Times on Thursday.

Shelley Knipe (standing in front of the flipchart) from abc ulwazi presented a three day workshop
in Vermont to management, volunteers and future presenters of Whale Coast FM that commenced
on Friday. Today's workshop was aimed at presenters. Listening attentively on the right
of Shelly is Paul de Bruyn, the voice of Whale Coast FM.

A very happy Sanet Cornelis from the Art Shop with her piece of art
she purchased at an auction held at Newton Johnson Vineyards
to raise funds for the Rainbow Trust.

Ronel Greeff invited all the artists who so generously contributed to the Art Auction
for a thank you tea at the school.

Hermanus danced the night away during the performance of the Magnificent 7.
On the left Annette de Villiers shows us how it's done!!

Funky Vibes owner David Lowe appreciating the art of Pieter Vermaak at the
Art Festival held at Village Square. Sanet Cornelis from The Art Shop put
Hermanus on the map as the Art Mecca of South Africa.

Whale Coast Board Members are rearing to go! From left John Mathew, Annette Theron, Leonard Smityh, Vyani Macotha and Vanessa Alberts. We have just submitted our license application to ICASA. Take a peek at www.whalecoastfm.co.za

Anima held a rip-roaring art auction at the Arabella on Friday, and Leon Theron (centre)
managed to raise R160 000 for the stunning works of art donated by local artists.
On his left is Madelein and right, Ronel Greeff, founder of Anima.

VIP sponsor team - Chaz Everitt - better known at the Chas Mussel Crackers henceforth,
put up a display of note at the Visbash at the Onrus Caravan Park on Saturday, 5 April.

The Hermanus Whale Festival team went jamaican at the Visbash on Saturday.  Strange - yet inviting smells emanated from their stall. From left is Bruce, Jeudi, Lee, Mosile and Bongo.

Vanessa  Alberts entered her roaring forties in grand style on Friday evening 4 April.
Friends and family shared this special evening with her.

Mayor Theo Beyleveldt and operations manager for Cape Epic Zurita Moore,
enjoying their traditional cuppa before the Epic riders left Hermanus
on Friday morning at 7 am. Zurita is now with Red Hot Events.
Contact Nosy Rosy for further information.

grand ceremony held on Thursday evening in the main marquee of the Cape Epic.

Storm Kreusch from the Tourism Bureau and Andrienette Fourie (organisor for
Cape Epic VIP's) at the tent on Thursday evening at the Hermanus Primary School.

Under the Willows Passionate picnic foodies Pete and Gill (flanking Liza) fed the appreciative party-goers at the Hemel-en-Aarde Estate last week Friday. Blessings to Ischtar this year!
