Liza Botha
has studied art all her
life - also at school and for four years as a visitor to various Master
Classes in Belgium with the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Almost all of the Great artists of the world were studied
in depth & copies had to be painted & critiqued in all of
the various styles.
Her works sold and forms part of Galleries', private
collectors' & art lovers' collections in Pretoria. Hougton, Sandton, Bryanston, Fourways
& Soweto in Johannesburg as well as in Zurich, Brussels,
Copenhagen, Washington, New York & Namibia - to name but
a few. S he opened
the humble & friendly little
Gallery in the
Garden
in
Hermanus in 2001 until the joys of single motherhood and her
web design company did not allow
enough time to run it full-time. The Gallery did well and
many of her and other well known artists' works sold and
were shipped to all over the world from there.
Her passion for painting does
not allow her to go without a brush in her hand for too
long.
