The Sea Rescue Music Festival will be taking place on Saturday, 24 April at the New Harbour. Good Samaratins do exist! Vyani Macotha is the director and brain-child of Siyavaya Traditional Arts and Performance and their passionate aim is to re-introduce teenagers with social problems, back into the community. “We are here to help them re-build their self-esteem, self-realisation and self-actualisation,” says Vyani. The project kicked off on Friday at the Zwelihle Community Centre with a choir who welcomed guests and a feast of food.
